1 Can(s) pickled beets
2 apple
1 onion
2/5 Cup(s) mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon(s) mustard
2/5 Cup(s) sour cream
1 Pinch(s) salt
1 Pinch(s) pepper
Mince the onion, chop the beats and apple into small "cubes" (very small). Mix mayo, creme fraiche (or sour cream) and mustard (french mustard is best). Mix in the apples, beats and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
